Along with the Account Executive (Team Leader), appropriate Account Manager(s) will be assigned the duties and responsibilities of all YOUR COMPANY account related issues. They have at their disposal key support staff such as the General Manager, Plant Manager, Design and Engineering Manager and as well as all the staff under them. They all support each other through a variety of internal communication methods that allow them to oversee and manage all our national roll outs.FAIRMONT SIGN COMPANY has always prided itself at the superior level of personalized service we provide our accounts from regional to global areas.

The following items will be implemented upon being a preferred supplier/partner:

• Two(2) full service manufacturing facilities.
  
• Company owned installation and service facilities.
• Inventory management reporting and tracking.
• Field presentation will be provided for all appropriate zones, including a program implementation outline.
• A team of full time personnel dedicated to each account.
• Promptly response to requests for prototypes, new products, and revisions to existing items, vital product information, etc.
• Provide engineered drawings before manufacturing the sign program package.
• Provide complete site survey, permit code research, completion survey with photos.
• Provide complete detailed shipping data as required to track product when necessary.
• All freight claims and related transport issues are handled by Fairmont Sign Company.
• Fairmont’s production schedule will be based on customer projection schedules.
• Finished product is of the highest quality components and fabricated by highly skilled journeymen.
• Fairmont Sign Company Guarantee Statement, which exceeds industry standards.

 

The Design Department at Fairmont Sign Company is structured to accommodate all phases of sign development. From initial Logo Concept through Sign Fabrication, the Design Department is involved during almost every step of the way.

For Logo Design, Fairmont's Sales Representatives meet with the client for ideas that the client may have and relays the information to the Designers. From that point, the client's ideas are developed into graphic imaging suitable for attractive and visible sign impact. Neon may be added, custom cabinet shapes, formed pan faces, push-through copy or just rearrangement of copy, logos and color may complete the design.

The design is then usually transferred to a photo of the client's sign location and that photo becomes a part of a main drawing that contains the new sign's dimensions and details.

Once approved by the client and City Sign Code specifications, the design is sent to Engineering and Production for completion of the sign order. For Corporate Signage, the client will usually already have a logo and needs signage to compliment and identify its many office or factory locations. The design department receives the logo and corporate identification specifications from the client and designs a Family of Signs which contains Wall Signs, Channel Letters, Pylon Signs and Monument Signs for exterior applications. Interior signage is also included if needed, and directional signage. Materials are decided upon for the fabrication process.

Once the Signages have been developed and client approved, the new signage will then be transferred to photos of the client's business locations and again the photo becomes part of the main drawing. The drawing will also contain a layout of the sign showing dimensions and details, code information if needed, mounting information if necessary and sign square footage for permitting. Again, the drawing must be approved by the client and City Sign Codes before being sent to Engineering and Production for completion of the order.

In addition to the above services, the Design Department produces Brochures of Approved Sign Families for Corporate and Trade Show distribution.
