
Project Management and sales support position in a fast paced electrical sign manufacturing environment. Responsible for coordination of projects, interacting with our manufacturing plants and subcontractors as part of a team to provide customer satisfaction through timely completion of customer’s signing projects including but not limited to interface with all internal departments, as well as the customer, landlord, subcontractors, permitting departments with local authorities in various cities, townships, counties, attorneys and property management firms. Prepare subcontractor job bids, subcontractor selection, all field and subcontractor communication, and follow up. Issue work orders, purchase orders and shipping documents. Prepare survey and completion packages, process invoices, maintain files, complete other assignments as may be required. Review job status reports to insure all projects are on time and customer’s goal are met. Complete all assignments in a timely manner. Maintain open and timely communication with customer and sales executive at all times. Excellent pay and benefits including 401K, health/medical insurance, personal time off.
Requirements
- Should have a sales, sales support or customer service background.
- Candidates with 3 years in sign industry, construction or manufacturing industry are preferred.
- Must be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Access).
